Send it back
Pack the item securely in its original packaging. We'll email you a prepaid return label — no cost to you.

Get your refund
Once we receive and inspect the item (usually 2–3 days), your refund is processed within 5 business days.
Return conditions
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Sale items are eligible for exchange only. Custom or made-to-order pieces cannot be returned unless faulty.
